What a method!
Today, i was spending my day off at the University of Pisa where i work. One of my most prized students, Madison Elliott, came into the lab where i was working for some extra help on homework i had assigned. She saw me doing experiments and not having a set way to do them. First i was testing, then hypothesizing and nothing was in order, making my experiments harder or organize. Since Madison is such a neat freak she helped me clean up my work space which gave me and idea. Once she left i sat down and analyzed from beginning to end how an experiment takes place. I went over every experiment i did and wrote down what steps i used. Finally after 9 hours in the lab i had created the a method from beginning to end on how an experiment should be performed. I named it the "Madison Method" for the one who inspired my great work, but then i changed my mind and called it the "experimental scientific method". I feel that my accomplishments today will affect the way all scientists work for a long time in the future.
